We are a team of environmental experts with nearly 20 years of experience both in Lithuania and abroad. Our strategic priorities are providing high quality analytical and consulting services in the environmental field.

The Center for Environmental Policy is a non-profit organisation which implements applied research projects and provides analytical, consulting and project management services to utilities, businesses and government institutions.

The Center for Environmental Policy was founded in 1997 by three environmental economists on the basis of the former assistance to Lithuania project of the Harvard Institute for International Development.

The key areas of our expertise include:

  • environmental economics,
  • institutional capacity building,
  • training and education,
  • preparation and assessment of strategic documents,
